Pavel Shilovsky 5cfdddcfc4 CIFS: Add missed forcemand mount option ...

The 'forcemand' form of 'forcemandatorylock' mount option was missed
when the code moved to use the standard token parser. Return it back.

Also fix a comment style in the parser.
