Santosh Nayak ecb3b80ff9 Staging: vme: Replace semaphore by mutex. ...

Replace binary semaphore by mutex for code cleanup.
Mutex also gives better performance than semaphore.

Add 'mutex_destroy()' in 'vme_user_remove()' routine.
