Christoph Hellwig d9ecdea7ed virtio_blk: ioctl return value fix ...

Block driver ioctl methods must return ENOTTY and not -ENOIOCTLCMD if
they expect the block layer to handle generic ioctls.

This triggered a BLKROSET failure in xfsqa #200.
