Tomas Winkler cb81fa07f8 staging/easycap: kill EASYCAP_IS_VIDEODEV_CLIENT compilation conditional 
remove EASYCAP_IS_VIDEODEV_CLIENT and irrelevant code as the define
is always set in the in-kernel driver
