Steven Whitehouse 930631edd4 [PATCH] add DIV_ROUND_UP() ...

Add the DIV_ROUND_UP() helper macro: divide `n' by `d', rounding up.

Stolen from the gfs2 tree(!) because the swsusp patches need it.
