Holger Schurig 61d30020dc libertas: pepper main with debug statement 
libertas: re-pepper debug statementThe recent fluff of updates
didn't put proper lbs_deb_enter/leave calls into the source code.
Add them where appropriate.

Also contains some whitespace changes.
