scsi: ufs: core: Remove the ufshcd_lrb task_tag member

Remove the ufshcd_lrb task_tag member and use scsi_cmd_to_rq(cmd)->tag
instead. Use rq->tag instead of lrbp->task_tag. This patch reduces the
size of struct ufshcd_lrb.
